1. Reset Your iPhone RAM
Press and hold the power button of your iPhone for few second until this slider screen pops up. Then press and hold the power button until your home screen appears. When your home screen appears, you know your RAM has been reset.
2. Disable Background App Refresh
Go to Settings –> General –> Background App Refresh and turn off the option.
3. Disable Siri Suggestions
Siri is cool, but it takes up a lot of RAM. Disable Siri suggestions by going to Settings –> General –> Siri.
4. Disable Dynamic Motion Effects
You can find the motion and transparency effects by going to Settings –> General –> Accessibility.
