Earlier this months, there was floods of rumours, leaked images and hardware of upcoming flagship Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Recent leaks suggest the handset will be a top line flagship features killer specs.
The leaks showing settings screenshot of the upcoming device suggest a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor on board, 64GB of internal storage tagged with 6GB of RAM.
According to the settings screenshots, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will run on Android 7.0 Nougat on the top of MIUI 188.8.131.52 out of the box.
In terms of display, the recently leaks images suggest the phone may ship with a 5.5/5.7-inch dual curved edge display. The phone render suggests Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and new Note 7 like looks of the device.
The fingerprint scanner likely to placed inside the home button and various pictures also suggest a dual camera, Quick Charge 3.0, 3,600mAh battery, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm jack.
There also talk of 32GB and 128GB variant also. 32GB variant may carry a lower price tag to help keep the price down.
It is said to be launching on September 5 with a price tag 2499 Yuan (approximately $375). Xiaomi has declared any product launch event yet. Let’s wait for the official confirmation.
