Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is expected to launch in India on January 19, 2017.
The company has sent out early invites regarding its product launch event in New Delhi on January 19, 2017.
Earlier, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was launched in China back in August 2016.
It was launched in two variants, first one with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and the second one with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage.
The smartphone is powered by Deca-core 2.1 GHz MediaTek MT6797 Helio X20 processor along with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU.
Hence, MediaTek processor for Xiaomi is not allowed in India, Mi fans are likely a Snapdragon version of the device.
The Redmi Note 4 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080*1920P.
In terms of camera, it carries a 13MP, f/2.0 rear camera with PDA, dual tone LED flash. It also carries a 5MP shooter at the front.
It features a metal body and fingerprint sensor. Apart from these it also comes with GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, and Glonass.
The devices measure 151x76x8.35mm, and weighs 175 grams.
The 2GB/16GB version was priced at CNY 899 (approximately Rs. 9,000) and 3GB/64GB version was priced CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs. 12,000).
The upcoming version is supposed to carry the same price tag.
