Well-known electronic industry analyst Pan Jiutang has revised his forecast for the new flagship killing Xiaomi Mi 5, and now sees the device being released in December.
The predictions of delays until March 2016 have always been based on Qualcomm’s ability to deliver the new Snapdragon 820 for production in volumes that Xiaomi needs.
We have previously heard reports that the Mi 5 could be released as early as November.
The Mi 5 first made waves when news broke that it was benchmarked on AnTuTu, and received an epic score of 73,075 points.
According to the AnTuTu listing, the Mi 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit processor.
