We are more excited for the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 5 than we have been for any other device this year.
With the Mi 5 on the way with a possible December launch, we wanted to collect all the rumors we have so far on the Mi 5.
The Mi 5 first made waves when news broke that it was benchmarked on AnTuTu, and received an epic score of 73,075 points.
According to the AnTuTu listing, the Mi 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit processor.
Additional rumors include a leaked teaser image revealed that the Mi 5 will likely have a fingerprint reader, and be made of curved glass.
According to the leaks, the Mi5 will have:
- 5.3 inches display, sporting a Quad HD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels
- The display will produce 554 ppi
- Adreno 530 graphics
- Optically-stabilized 16 megapixel back camera (should be able to shoot amazing slow-motion video)
- Dual-LED flash
- 5.3mm thick
- 3,030 mAh battery
- MIUI 7 running 5.1.1 Android Lollipop
- USB Type-C port
