Xiaomi has officially launched Xiaomi Mi Max Prime in India market ahead of three day Diwali Sale. The three day Diwali sale will kick on 17 October 10, 2016. Xiaomi Mi Max Prime will also go sale at the same day via Mi.com for Rs. 19,999.
Earlier Xiaomi launch Mi Max back in June this year. Xiaomi Mi Max Pro, the successor version of Mi Max comes with some major upgrade.
The Mi Max Prime sports 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. It is powered by Snapdragon 652 processor under the hood.
The only difference between Mi Max and Mi Max Prime is the processor, RAM, and internal storage. Xiaomi Mi Max is powered by a Snapdragon 650 processor equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. On the other hand, the Mi Max Prime is powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. All other specs remain same.
It sports a 6.44-inch full-HD (1080×1920) display. It also carries 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and LED flash along with 5MP shooter in the front.
The device is running on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 based MIUI 8 and supports external memory card up-to 128GB.
The battery capacity is 4950mAH and it measures 173.1×88.3×7.5mm weighing 203gm. Other features of the phone are 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS with Glonass, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac
