Xiaomi is all set to launch the next smartphone of popular Redmi Note series in India in early 2017.
Earlier the Redmi Note 4 has been launched in China back in August this year.

However, the exact launch date is not declared by the Xiaomi.
Redmi Note 3 has Snapdragon 650 SoC. Why would they downgrade it to Snapdragon 625 SoC in Redmi Note 4? They also downgraded the camera from 16 MP to 13 MP.
