The long-rumored Mi 5C appears on China Quality Certification Centre (CCC or 3C).
The Chinese certification site shows Mi 5C gets 3C certification along with four others Xiaomi devices.
Five different Xiaomi devices-2105212, 2016089, 2016101, MAE136 and MBE6A5 respectively gone through the certification process.
From the above five, MAE136 is said to be the Mi 5C which is also recognized by code-named Meri.
The listing for the Mi 5C aka Xiaomi Meri shows that it sports a 5V/2A power adapter means it’ll not support fast charging technology.
The device is also supposed to launch with Xiaomi’s own Pinecone processor.
The leaks image shows, it features an ultra-narrow bezel around the 5.5-inch display with 2.5D curved glass.
The Xiaomi Mi 5C is supposed to house 3GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage.
In terms of Camera, it’ll come with a 12MP rear camera and 8MP front-facing selfie shooter.
The device will run on MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow out of the box.
The long-awaited device is likely to launch in February 2017. Let’s wait for the official statement from Xiaomi.
