How to install TWRP recovery on any Android [video guide]

Pre-requisite:

  • Device with unlocked bootloader
  • Device must be rooted

Here is the step by step guideline to install TWRP recovery on any Android device:

Step 1: Click here to install the official TWRP App from Google Play Store.

Step 2: Once the TWRP is installed on your device open it and enable root access if it is asking to.

Step 3: Click on the “TWRP Flash” option. After that, it’ll ask you to select device. There are tons of device officially supported by the TWRP. Choose your device from the list.

Step 4: Once you select your device all available TWRP recovery version will be shown. Grab the latest one and download it into your internal storage.

Step 5: Once the download it completed go back and tap “TWRP FLASH” then navigate to downloaded file by clicking “Select a file to flash”. Select the file and tap on flash.

As soon as you tap on flash the flashing process will begin. It won’t take much time.

Once your installation gets completed boot your device into recovery mode to confirmed that TWRP is installed successfully.
