How to use Google Assistant on any Xiaomi phone without root [video guide]

Google Pixel phone comes with a brand-new Google Assistant.

Recently Google has announced that all the Android devices running on Android Marshmallow and Android Nougat.

Google Assistant is now only available in a specific region.

Follow the step by step guide to get Google Assistant on your Xiaomi without rooting your phone:

Step 1:  First, you need to download “Google Play Services Beta”. Click here to “Google Play Services Beta”.

Step 2: Install the downloaded APK on your device. Make sure install from unknown source is allowed.

Step 3:  Now open launch Google Play Store and open official Google app. Scroll down and at the bottom, you’ll find an option to become a beta tester.  Hit “I am in” and wait few minutes to get the approval.

Step 4: Once you get the approval Google Beta version will be available to you. Just update the Google App to Google Beta.

Step 5: Go to language and input option and choose “English US” as your primary language. Also, remove all the language version if you have any.

Step 6: Open App section from the Settings menu. From here open Google and hit on “Manage Space” and clear all data. Do the same for Google Play Services.

Step 7: Now go to your home screen and clear all the apps from recent windows. Make sure no app is running in the background.

Step 8: Now Tap and Hold the home button of your Android Smartphone. A new window will open which will ask you to configure Google Assistant. That’s all. Follow the on-screen instruction and enjoy Google Assistant.
