A recent rumor suggests, Xiaomi is going to launch a new Redmi series phone this month.
The alleged device is supposed to be Redmi Pro 2, the successor of Redmi Pro.
Earlier the Redmi Pro with the dual camera was launched last year and it is the first dual camera phone from the company.
The rumored Redmi Pro 2 may house either Snapdragon 660 processor or a MediaTek Helio P25 onboard.
In terms of camera, the Redmi Pro 2 may sport a sport a 12MP Sony IMX362 single sensor at the rear. There is not info about the front facing shooter.
The devices may launch at two variants. First one with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and another version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Other rumored details include an all-metal body, 2.5D curved glass, a large 4500mAh battery.
The 4GB/64GB version may price at 1599 Yuan ($231) and 6GB/128GB version may price at 1799 Yuan ($260).
