The Moto G5 Plus and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 both are wallet-friendly smartphones recently unveiled in India.
The Redmi Note 4 is slightly cheaper than the Moto G5 Plus although both devices carry similar specs.
Both the devices are powered by Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 coupled with Adreno 506 GPU.
Moto G5 Plus comes in tow storage variants- 3GB RAM+16GB storage at Rs. 14,999, and 4GB RAM+32GB storage at Rs. 16,999 respectively.

Meanwhile Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes in three variants- 2GB+32GB storage at Rs. 9,999, 3GB+64GB storage at 10,999 and the 4GB+64GB storage at 12,999 respectively.
The Moto G5 Plus runs on Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box while Redmi Note 4 runs on MIUI 8 based Android Marshmallow out of the box.
