Xiaomi has officially launched their first USB Type C earphones in China today on May 19, 2017.
The newly launched MI USB Type C earphones are co-designed with “Luca Bignardi”- who is a Grammy Award-winning Spanish musician and sound engineer.
The earphones feature a slightly opened back design and the company’s signature hybrid driver design.
It comes with a sleek design with titanium alloy shell and braided wires aside from the USB Type-C connector.
The Mi USB Type C earphones house an in-line microphone and control module which features active noise reduction.
However, Xiaomi has launched their flagship Mi 6 with a USB Type-C port. It was little surprising because the company didn’t unveil a USB Type C earphones which were highly expected.
The Xiaomi Mi Type-C version earphones are now available through the company’s online store for a price of only CNY 299(~$43).
