Xiaomi has officially announced the launch date of long rumored Mi Max 2 on May 25, 2017.
The company has launched a dedicated website where is teasing the highlighted info about the upcoming device.
According to the official teasers, the Mi Max 2 is likely to sports over 6-inches display and will be backed by a massive 5000mAh battery.
The Mi Max is the is the biggest smartphone in Xiaomi’s lineup in terms of screen size which was launched in back in May last year.
Based on leaks and rumors. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is supposed to be powered by a 4GB of RAM along with Snapdragon 626 SoC.
Another variant with 6GB of RAM and Snapdragon 660 SoC is also rumored to be launched at the event.
The device may come with a 12MP rear facing camera with Sony IMX378 sensor along with a 5MP front-facing shooter.
Others considerable specifications are supposed to be 6.44-inches display, full metal body, dual speakers, USB type C port and fingerprint sensors.
The 4GB variant with SD 626 SoC may price at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 14,000) and the 6GB variant with SD 660 SoC may price at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 15,900).
