Lei Jun confirms the Mi Mix 2 launch later this year

Xiaomi has already announced the development Mi Mix 2.

Now the company CEO Lei Jun has confirmed that the most anticipated Mi Mix 2 will be launched the second half of 2017.

Earlier the designer of Mi Mix and Mi Mix Philippe Starck has recently visited the Xiaomi HQ on the verge of Mi Mix 2 launch.

According to our source, the Mi Mix 2 will sport 93% screen to body ratio over Mi Mix which was launched with 91.3% screen-to-body ratio.

The Mi Mix 2 may launch with curved AMOLED display instead of LCD display used in Mi Mix.

It is also rumored that it will be the Xiaomi’s first device to feature under display fingerprint sensor. Currently, no other Smartphone vendors have under glass fingerprint technology.

The Mi Mix 2 is rumored to power by a Snapdragon 835 SoC couple with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it may come with 128GB/256GB storage on board.

The device may also carry a 19MP rear camera, 16MP front camera, and 4,500mAh battery. It may run on Android Nougat based MIUI 9 out of the box.
