Xiaomi has unveiled a new laptop on it’s Mi Mix 2 launch event in China. The newly launched Mi Notebook is named as Mi Notebook Pro.
The company has launched Mi Notebook Pro as a competitor of 15-inch MacBook Pro 2017.
The latest Mi Notebook Pro will be available in three variants.
The first one with Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM, the second one with Core i7 8GB RAM and the third one with less powerful Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM. All variants feature a 256GB PCIe SSD.
The highlights of the Notebook is its eight generation Intel Core i7 processors, with dedicated graphics card (Nvidia GeForce MX150).
The next highlight of Mi Notebook is its fingerprint sensor in the touch-pad itself, compatible with Windows Hello.
The Mi Notebook Pro comes with a large 15.6-inch screen with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 6.52mm narrow bezels on the sides.
The laptop carries 7 integrated ports-3-in-1 SD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a full-sized HDMI port, and two USB Type-A ports (USB 3.0 and USB 2.0).
It also comes with Harman Infinity custom-built speakers and Dolby Atmos audio. It supports 1C Quick charge and can be charged up to 50% in 35 minutes.
Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM is priced at CNY 6,999 (~1072), Intel Core i7 with 8GB RAM is priced at CNY 6,399(~980), and Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM is priced at CNY 5,599(~858).
