Xiaomi has reported that the company has shipped more than 10 million smartphones last month which is a record for the company.
Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun confirms the news on Weibo and marked this as a huge comeback of the company. The company has only managed to ship 58 million smartphones in the last year.
With the whopping 10 million shipped devices in one month, the company might end up with 80 million devices shipped this year.
With 23.2 million devices shipped between April to June 2017, the company has regained its position as top 5 smartphone manufacturer on Q2, 2017.
Analyst suggests that the global expanding as well as setting up offline stores is the two key reasons for this massive success.
Xiaomi is continuously competing with Samsung, Apple, Huawei, and Oppo to remain in top 5.
The company is bringing the top to low-end smartphones on various price ranges to catch all sorts of consumers.
