Xiaomi has launched Mi Mix 2 in India. The Mi Mix 2 is the top class flagship from the company.
Only the 6GB+128GB variant is launched in India and it is not sure whether the company will launch the other three variants or not.
The device was launched in four variants in China – the first one with 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM, the second one with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM and the third one with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of ROM.
The fourth variant is a special edition which comes with a full ceramic body. It houses 8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM.
But in India, the company has announced the 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM variant today.
The main highlights of the device are it’s 5.99-inches bezel-less a display with full HD resolution of (1080×2160 pixels) 18:9 display with a pixel density of 403ppi.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is 11.9 percent smaller in the body compared to the 6.4-inch Xiaomi Mi Mix. It is also 2.5 percent thinner, and 11.5 percent lighter than its predecessor.
In terms of camera, It sports a 12-megapixel Sony IMX386 sensor with 1.25-micron pixels, 4-axis optical image stabilization, 5-piece lens, a f/2.0 aperture, as well as a facial recognition.
On the front, it bears a 5-megapixel front camera with a facial recognition function.
The Mi Mix 2 will be available via Flipkart and Mi.com in a preview sale on October 17.
The device will go on massive sale via Mi Home and other offline retailer partners, in addition, staring from November first week. The Mi Mix 2 is priced at Rs. 35,999.
