A few days ago it was reported that Xiaomi is going to end the release of Redmi Note series.
However, the company has no word regarding the report and fresh leaks are appearing online showing specs and render of Redmi Note 5.
A newly leaked render of the Redmi Note 5 shows a slightly different design tone compared to previous renders.
The Redmi Note 5 renders show very thin bezels which is much smaller than Redmi 5/Plus. The bottom bezel design seems to thinner then Mi Mix 2.
The leaked render also suggest that it will houses front camera and sensors sit at the top with the speaker.
If the leaked design comes true the Redmi Note 5 will be the contender for the mid-range phone with the highest screen-to-body ratio.
On the rear, the design is still Redmi-like with silver antenna lines, curved sides, and the Mi logo. However, it shows slightly different camera placement compared to the previously leaked images.
he Redmi Note 5 rumored to be powered by Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 632 processor, However, SD 632 has not been announced and Redmi Note 5 will be the first device to launch with it.
The Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 632 is said to be a toned-down version of Snapdragon 636 processor. It will provide better support for full display and dual camera setup.
As the latest trend, the Redmi Note 5 will carry full-screen display with minimal bezels surrounding the display. It may sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
